Prerequisites
Prepare the host machine before installation.
With Docker
- Docker Engine or Docker Desktop;
- Docker Compose v2;
- sufficient disk space for the retained videos;
- an architecture supported by the published image.
The image includes Node.js, Python, yt-dlp, and ffmpeg.
From source
- Node.js compatible with the project;
- npm;
- Python 3 with yt-dlp;
- ffmpeg and ffprobe accessible in the
PATH; - Git to clone the repository.
Network
The application port is 2499. The official Docker installation binds it to 127.0.0.1 by default, which limits access to the host machine.
