Server tests

npm test

The suite covers YouTube URLs, paths, Innertube metadata, remote images, and yt-dlp downloads.

Builds

npm run build
npm run build:demo
npm --prefix client run lint

The main build compiles the client and then the server. The demo build must remain entirely static and must not reintroduce calls to the real API.

Delivery checks

• git diff --check ;
• tests and TypeScript compilation ;
• absence of secrets, cookies, databases, and media ;
• Docker startup and response from /api/health ;
• desktop and mobile flows affected by the change ;
• restoration of an existing database if the schema evolves.

A green build does not replace the visual and functional verification of modified interactions.
