Using VidArch
Mobile and local mode
Use VidArch on small screens and limit the interface to archives.
Mobile navigation
The sidebar becomes a temporary panel. The full list of subscriptions is intentionally reduced to preserve space and avoid scrolling conflicts. Settings first open to an index, then to a dedicated page with a back button.
Local mode
Enable Local in the sidebar to hide searches, feeds, and suggestions that require YouTube. The library, playlists, and archive player remain available.
This mode modifies the VidArch experience; it does not technically cut off the server's network access. For strict isolation, apply network rules to the container or the host machine.
On a local network, always use authentication and avoid untrusted Wi-Fi.
